Beaded Anklet Workshop with Susan Donohoe
Wednesday April 29, 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Design and make two beautiful, beaded ankle bracelets. This beginner workshop introduces some basic jewelry making skills. The students learn how to create a design, string beads onto jewelry wire, and secure with crimp beads and a lobster clasp. Key steps are securing the clasp, adding beads, and finishing with a strong, tightened clasp. Essential tools include wire cutters, jewelry pliers and a crimping tool. Please bring any of these jewelry making tools that you have. The instructor will have extras, if needed.
Materials: Jewelry pliers and crimper, if available.
Location: Class will be offered in person, at MAG ArtSpace, 9 Park Street, Milton DE.
Cost: $35 for MAG Members; $45 for nonmembers.
